4.1.5 - Label Key Locations
Step Description:
There is a standard set of labels that are attached to the Profile. The image below shows the default Label Set.
To modify the labels on a Profile, such as line and curve annotation:
To add other labels at key locations along the profile or to a Profile View, such as intersections, culverts, etc.:
Label Station/Elevation - Place station/elevation labels in a profile view. This label will stay at the specific station and elevation values where it is placed.
Label Depth - Places depth labels on a profile view between two points selected in the profile view.

Profile Design (WMV)
To modify the labels on a Profile, such as line and curve annotation:
- Select the Profile
- In the Profile contextual ribbon tab > Labels panel > Edit Profile Labels or right-click and select Edit Profile Labels to open the Profile Labels dialog.
- To add labels, select the Type of label from the list, the Style for that label type and click Add>>
- To remove labels, highlight the Type in the grid view and click the Delete icon.
To add other labels at key locations along the profile or to a Profile View, such as intersections, culverts, etc.:
- Select the Profile or Profile View
- In the Profile contextual ribbon tab > Labels panel > Add View Labels > Select the label type.
- Select the Profile View to designate which profile view the labels are for.
