3.3.1 - Edit Superelevation Data
Step Description:
  • Select an alignment in the drawing space.
  • When an alignment is selected you will be directed to that alignments contextual ribbon tab.

  • To go directly to the tablular editor, use the Modify panel > Superelevation drop-down > View Tabular Editor

  • To calculate or use the Superelevation Curve Manager, use the Modify panel > Superelevation drop-down > Calculate/Edit Superelevation

NOTE: If the superelevation has not yet been calculated you will be prompted to Calculate superelevation now or Open the superelevation curve manager. If the data is known then utilize the curve manager, otherwise calculate superelevation now.
  • Once the superelevation data is calculated the tabular editor will be displayed. If the superelevation has been previously calculated then you will have to open the Tabular Editor from the Curve Manager.

  • If not already expanded, in the Superelevation Tabular Editor click Expand the tree icon.

  • To add a critical station select the Add icon > Add Station. The Editor temporarily closes and you are prompted to pick a station on the alignment. The Manual Station field is added. Right-click the Manual Station > Assign Critical Station and select the parameter from the list or enter a station name.

NOTE: When an overlap occurs, a warning symbol is displayed in the Overlap column. Click the warning symbol for options to automatically resolve the overlap or ignore the overlap.
