Step Description:
Use the Create File tool to create a GDTMRD drawing file.
Launch the Create File command from the FDOT toolbar.
Click Create and then Open File.

Import 3D Data (WMV)
Launch the Create File command from the FDOT toolbar.
- Set the Project to the correct location
- Set the Profile to FDOT.2012C3D
- Set the Control File to ROADWAY_AUTODESK.CTL
- Set the Group to Survey Design Files (DWG)
- Select the DIGITAL TERRAIN MODEL/TIN MODEL - 3D file type
Click Create and then Open File.
