1.2.1 - Create a New File
Step Description:
First, you must create a new Civil 3D drawing file to import the Microstation data into. To do this, run the Create File/Project application from the FDOT State Kit Toolbar.
Set all the fields to the correct parameters.
In the File Group field select Survey Design Files (DWG).
Then select Topography - Existing (Utility & Drainage Not Included) as the File Type and click Create, Open File, and finally OK.
The TOPORD##.DWG will be created and opened.
