3.5.3 - Add Pay Item into Pay Item Properties Window
Step Description:
Use the Add Pay Item(s) tool from the Entity Manager to build a list of Pay Items to attach to an entity.
For lists that include more than one Pay Item, the top Pay Item is used as the primary and controls the symbology influence for the entity.
Repeat the above steps to continue adding Pay Items into the List and to identify the Primary Pay Item.

- Entity Manager > Add pay item(s) to Selected Pay Items list
For lists that include more than one Pay Item, the top Pay Item is used as the primary and controls the symbology influence for the entity.
- To set the Primary Pay Item, pick the Pay Item from the list in the Pay Item Properties palette and right-click. Select options to Move Top, Move Up, Move Down.
Repeat the above steps to continue adding Pay Items into the List and to identify the Primary Pay Item.
