Click Yes on the box asking to run the PEDDS Project ID application now.
The Financial Tab should be complete based on the information entered in the last step.
Note: During this process DO NOT select the Save Changes option until all the tabs have been populated as this will exit the program and you will need to start the project creation process again to get your additional information included for sheet field population.
In the Location Tab enter in the:
Project Designation
County
Roadway ID or Section/Sub ID
Begin and End Mile
Then click Add.
Enter in the State Road Number and click Add.
In the Disciplines Tab, toggle on the appropriate disciplines.
If there are bridges, go to the Bridge Identification Tab.
Input the following information for each bridge:
Bridge Number
Surface On Bridge
Surface Under Bridge
Click Add after inputting the data for each bridge.
In the Description Tab the information will already be pulled from the data entered earlier.
Finally, in the Management Tab, enter in the:
Manager Name
Name of Professional
Area of Responsibility
Click Add.
Click Save Changes to update the Sheet Set Template.
Click OK and this will launch Civil 3D, enter in the necessary information in the sheet set template, and close Civil 3D.
