2.3.7 - Isolate and Hide Objects

Step Description:

Instead of creating new figure groups or point groups to control what is displayed you can also use the hide option to quickly isolate certain objects in the drawing.
To use the Hide Tool:

• Begin by selecting the objects which you wish to remove.
• To remove a group of similar objects, select a single object of that group right-click > Select Similar. This will select all figures or points with matching symbology.

• Locate and select the Hide icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the display.
• Choose to hide or isolate the objects.

To reverse the isolation.

• Select Hide Icon > End Object Isolation.
