Step Description:

Refer to the Create/Edit Application Process to create the TOPORD##.DWG.
For more information, reference the FDOT Project Directory Structure and Standard File Creation Process.

An alternative is to:
Click the C3D Button (Upper Left Corner) > New Command > Drawing.
