The root folder of the project is usually named the FDOT Financial Project ID (FPID). This is an 11 digit number. Beneath the root folder name there will be folders seen in the image below.

These folders must be included in the folder structure at this tier level. Additional folders can be created as necessary beneath any of the folders at the highest tier level. The folders must be 16 characters in length or less and must not contain special characters or spaces.
Typically the project folders will be created under the Projects folder below an "e" folder on the local machine.
