Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance team address contract compliance issues that may affect the safety of Floridians that receive transportation services under the Transportation Disadvantaged Program.  The Program Evaluation activities include the collection and evaluation of the contractors' operating data, as well as other finance related activities.
