Trainee Privacy Statement

The construction training courses require each student to have a unique identification number with photograph.  The Florida Driver License number and photo have been selected for this purpose.  Anyone wanting to take a training course will need to show their Florida Driver License at examination time.

As a Florida resident you have the right to protect the personal information in your driver license and motor vehicle records from disclosure. Detailed information regarding your rights and exceptions may be found at the Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles web site…www.flhsmv.gov…”Protect Your Personal Information”.   To protect your record, YOU must print the "Request To Withhold Disclosure of Personal Information" form, complete it and return to DHS&MV.
