This meeting will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from 10:00am to 2:00pm, at the FDOT State Materials Office, Gainesville, FL., in the Administration Building C; Loblolly Conference Room, (*the entrance to the Material Research Park is off of 39th Avenue.)  This is a public meeting and members of the public are invited to attend.
 

The Agenda is as follows:

 

  1. Oral Presentations by Proposed Instructors.
  1. Review of TRT Meeting June 18, 2013.
  1. Review emails since last meeting; Discuss Actions taken since last meeting of June 18, 2013.
  1. Review Provider audits completed since last meeting.
  1. Discussion of recommendations for pending requests for approval as Construction Training and Qualification Program (CTQP) Asphalt Training Providers.
  1. Discussion of recommendations for pending requests for approval as CTQP Asphalt Training Instructors.
  1. Discussion of recommendations for revisions to, acceptance and approval of the current Asphalt Course Materials.
  1. Discussion, acceptance and/or rejection and/or approval of new courses.
  1. Miscellaneous: discussion of matters which were not covered in previous topics.
  1. Selection of Date, Time, and location of next Asphalt TRT.
     

Note that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the State Construction Training Administrator based on the TRT Chairperson's recommendation with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
