NEW - Effective with Contracts let January 1, 2007 forward:

The Department is in the process of adding Polymer PG76-22 to our Asphalt Price Index.
The Polymer PG76-22 price index will be posted on the Construction Website along with the Asphalt and Fuel prices each month.

The Department also has agreed to provide additional items to the Fuel List. Both, Polymer PG76-22 and the additional Item List will have the same execution date. On Contracts let January 2007 and forward, the Department will provide these additional adjustments in accordance with the Contract. This office will provide additional information on the posting of the new forms, worksheets, and certifications at a later date.

This change will affect Design Build, Lump Sum, and Conventional projects.
