Due to weather conditions, the Florida Highway Patrol has closed the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
Construction
The forms are in Excel format and they do contain Macros. After selecting Open, you may see a screen asking you about whether to allow Macros to be used. Please select the Enable Macros button so the forms will work properly. Always exercise caution when downloading files and enabling Macros to your computer.
If you are using
Microsoft Excel 2007 (or later version), you may not see a Macro
Dialog Box. To check your Macro settings, click the
Office Button, then select Excel Options in the lower right-hand
corner.
Next, choose Trust
Center button, and then click the Trust Center Settings box in the
lower right-hand corner.
Select the Macro
Settings option and then Choose one of the options that will either
allow Macros to Run or display a message to let you choose them to
be allowed.
If you select the Disable with
notification option, the warning message will look similar to the
one shown below.
You will have to select Enable this content for the form to work
properly.
