| The Construction Awareness Safety Course consists of 16 modules that will be completed by all FDOT personnel that are involved in construction activities on construction sites. The details entered below will serve as your initial registration for the course. Individual modules may be completed at your own pace, but each of the 16 modules should be finished within a reasonable period of time. | ||

completing courses, please register before beginning) ** Your Supervisor MUST sign the Course Completion Certificate for each Safety Module you complete** |

NOTE: A completion certificate with the
name you enter on the affidavit page will be displayed
at the end of each module. It is your responsibility to print each certificate, have your supervisor sign the bottom of the certificate, and send it to your District Construction Training Administrator (DCTA) so it can be entered into TRESS. |
