DRB - Best Practices for Working with Disputes Review Boards

The Disputes Review Board Foundation of Florida believes that DRBs are most successful when all parties have an understanding of the basic principals behind DRBs and can competently communicate their positions on issues. This course has been developed to prepare project personnel for their participation with the DRB. The course content includes a presentation of the underlying principals, a review of FDOT DRB procedures and best practices for working with DRBs. This is an opportunity to learn about working with DRBs from experienced DRB board members.

Learn how to more effectively work with project DRBs.
Learn how to better present and communicate your positions to DRBs.
Learn how to avoid common mistakes in developing positions for DRBs.
