Florida Administrative Code,
Chapter 14-75.

In addition to the Pre-qualified Specialty Engineers
listed below, FDOT pre-qualified Engineering Consultants that are
authorized by Type of Work (4.1 thru 4.4) to perform structures
design may provide Specialty Engineer services in lieu of a
Pre-qualified Specialty Engineer.
