    FHWA requires us to reduce your LAP funding to the amount of the lowest responsive bid after your contract is executed. This frees up federal funds so they can be used for other LAP projects.

    Yes, thanks for asking. All invoice submittals, plan revisions and closeout packages need to be sent as hard copies. Everything else should be uploaded into LAPIT.
