Treasure Coast Operations Utility Coordination Web Site
This site was created to assist with organizing,
prioritizing and coordinating Utility work. Please note the following :

Schedules are the contractual documents.
- Permit paragraph 9
- "It is agreed that in the event the relocation of said utilities are
scheduled to be done simultaneously with the FDOT’s construction work,
the Permittee will coordinate with the FDOT before proceeding and shall
cooperate with the FDOT’s contractor to arrange the sequence of work so
as not to delay the work of the FDOT’s contractor, defend any legal
claims of the FDOT’s contractor due to delays caused by the Permittee’s
failure to comply with the approved schedule, and shall comply with all
provisions of the law and the FDOT’s current UAM. The Permittee shall
not be responsible for delay beyond its control."
- Spec 7-11.6.2
- "Cooperate with the owners of all underground or overhead utility
lines in their removal and rearrangement operations in order that these
operations may progress in a reasonable manner, that duplication or
rearrangement work may be reduced to a minimum, and that services
rendered by the utility owners will not be unnecessarily interrupted."
