The District One Construction Environmental staff is charged with quality assurance and technical support to assure that construction projects are performed with both quality and conformance to the rules and regulations brought forth by both the Florida Department of Transportation, (FDOT) and outside agencies that have jurisdiction over elements of our mission.

 

The District One Construction Environmental staff strives to educate, inform and implement environmental policy in a professional and helpful manner.

 

The Gopher Tortoise and Indigo Snake brochure and poster are being  provided for your information and distribution to other construction staff.  The information contained in attachments must be used on those projects where the contract documents indicate that there could be involvement with these species.
