Supplemental
Agreement Tracking System Construction contract modifications are an important part of the District Construction Office. When changes occur that require modifications to a construction contract, they may be accomplished by executing a Supplemental Agreement, Contingency Agreement, or a Unilateral Agreement (also known as a Change Order.) In accordance with Florida Statue, the Florida Department of Transportation cannot allow any work to be completed and paid for without an executed Agreement. This law makes the tracking of these changes very important for both the Department and our Contractors. To better serve our customers, District One has created a tracking system that is updated daily showing the status of an Agreement as it moves through the approval process.
