Disputes Review Boards
 

The Florida Department of Transportation, FDOT, Contract Special Provisions provides for the establishment of a Disputes Review Board, (DRB). This Board provides special expertise to assist in and facilitate the timely and equitable resolution of disputes, claims and controversies between the FDOT and the Contractor in an effort to avoid construction delay and future claims. The DRB Database document is used to track the assignment of DRB Members to specific projects.
