| * Cracks that are 0.01 inches or greater in width and 12 inches or greater in length (ASTM C76) must be repaired or assessed by a Specialty engineer who can evaluate structural integrity, environmental conditions and the design service life of the culvert (AASHTO LRFD Chp. 27). | 2.
