State or Local Governmental Agencies Access
Access Account Request Instructions
Used by any state governmental agency, local governmental agency, Metropolitan Planning Organization or any other governmental agency wishing to access the Department's computer resources.
The following steps must be completed in order to get a computer user id and gain access to FDOT computer systems:

Contact the Security Coordinator at the location with which you conduct business. Determine how you will be connecting to the department's computer resources. Once your connectivity mode is established the Security Coordinator will assist you with establishing your individual account on FDOT computer systems.
Review and complete the Access Account Instructions and Agreement for State or Local Agencies (PDF).
Review the Policies and Standards dealing with computer resources. Completion and signature of the Access Request Form requires that you have read, understand and will abide by these policies.
