Consultant Access Account
To be requested by a consultant contracted to do business with the Department seeking individual user access.
If you need access to the following FDOT application, you should request a Corporate Access Account.
Consultant Invoice Transmittal System (CITS)
The following steps must be completed in order to get a computer user id and gain access to FDOT computer systems:
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view all PDF documents.
Contact the Security Coordinator for the location with which you want to do business. They can assist you with this process.
Review the Consultant Access Account Instructions (PDF).
Review the Policies and Standards dealing with computer resources. Completion and signature of the Access Request Form requires that you have read, understand and will abide by these policies.

Completion and signature of the FDOT Computer Security Access Request form requires that you have read, understood and will abide by the policies and standards of the FDOT, and that you have completed the Security Awareness course.
