       DESCRIPTION: Lump Sum
       The improvements under this contract consist of milling and resurfacing SR 30 (US 98).  The
       principle intent of the project is to extend the useful life of the existing pavement through
       milling and resurfacing. Additional improvements of this project include: realigning Old US 98 to
       connect with Cooper Drive, constructing a southbound left turn lane (in the median) to Old US 98,
       constructing new sidewalk, ADA compliance upgrades consisting of curb ramp construction and
       guardrail end anchorages upgrades. This project also includes signalization and signing and
       pavement marking plans.
