Adding sidewalk along Southwest Bascom Norris Drive from near Marvin Burnett Road by the Girls Softball Complex to US 90; along Southwest Kuhn Road from McFarlane Avenue to Bascom Norris Drive; along Arlington Boulevard from Summers to Williams lanes; and along Summers Lane from Sisters Welcome Road to Haygood Loop (on the northbound side only).
