Office of Information Systems

 
Wilson Dilmore is the manager of the Technology Services and Support Office (TSSO). The TSSO provides the Department's districts and Central Office with a functional computer network infrastructure, support for the department's wide area network (WAN) and technical support for voice communications statewide.

The TSSO conducts the daily operations of the Department's seven district data centers and the State Materials Office.  The TSSO provides these offices with functional computer network infrastructures, administration and management of network resources, computer security, information technology purchasing assistance, support for computer hardware and peripherals and support for standard software applications.

Each district office is managed by a Technology Services and Support Manager, or TSSM.
