Emergency Management at the Florida Department of Transportation District Four is ready and capable to provide a safe transportation system for citizens and local governments within the district limits during and after a disaster. Further, it will ensure that District Four will be prepared to respond to missions from the state emergency operations center (SEOC) in support of emergency response and recovery operations outside of the District's limits.
